5W · 355 nm UVInline / FlyingCompact Integration

Built for inline production

A compact system for inline coding.

01

Compact by Design

A small laser-unit footprint designed for suitable production-line integration.

02

Inline Marking

Flying laser marking for date codes, QR codes and variable production information.

03

355 nm UV

Nanosecond UV solid-state laser technology for application-specific packaging work.

04

No Routine Ink

For suitable applications, laser coding avoids routine ink and solvent consumables used by many conventional coding systems.

Inline coding applications

Production information, marked inline.

01

Date, batch and QR code marking on suitable flexible food-packaging materials.

02

Personal Care Packaging

Variable identification for suitable flexible packaging used in personal-care production.

03

Household Product Packaging

Production information and traceability content on suitable packaging lines.

04

Dairy Packaging Experience

Used in dairy packaging lines for date and QR code marking on milk pouches.

Flexible packaging materials

Application experience vs. candidate materials.

ILLUMEX application experience

Flexible plastic packaging

Current application experience includes plastic films and soft packaging materials, including milk-pouch and flexible food-packaging work.

Application-dependent candidates

Evaluate the actual film structure

PE · LDPE · HDPE · PP · PET · mono-material films · multilayer packaging films · suitable coated or printed films · suitable foil or aluminum-laminated packaging.

Results depend on material formulation, color, coating, additives and layer structure. Sample testing is recommended. ILLUMEX does not claim that every listed candidate material has been verified.

Why UV inline marking

Compact integration. No routine ink or solvent consumables.

01

Compact line integration

A small laser-unit footprint designed for suitable existing packaging lines.

02

No routine ink or solvent consumables

For suitable applications, laser coding avoids the routine ink and solvent consumables used by many conventional coding systems.

This does not mean zero maintenance or universal replacement of inkjet and thermal-transfer systems. Application fit must be validated.

Designed through field iteration

Improved from field use and customer feedback.

01

Electrical Isolation

Electrical isolation was added to the flying-control and display data cable to improve resistance to electrical interference.

02

Stable Power Supply

The power supply was replaced with a more stable version.

03

Updated Control Board

The current revision uses an updated control board.

04

Dual Red Positioning Lights

Two added red positioning lights support focusing and positioning alongside the laser source's built-in blue guide light.

05

Detachable Power Cable

The power cable uses a detachable plug-in design.

Production-line integration

Interfaces for suitable line-control workflows.
